We are passionate aviators first! Insanely mad about anything remotely connected to flying. For instance what's common between an Airforce special Ops pilot, a banker and a home maker? Their love for aviation! The third one dreamt, the middle guy nodded in affirmation and the first one got cracking. Lo and behold! Shockwave Aviators was born! Now add to it a super skilled rotor head, a dynamic Combat systems operator, the flair of a jet loving DGCA examiner and the sheer energy and quick wittedness of not one but two 'licensed to fly' Wizkids and you get a heady concoction you would never want to miss!

Geetali aka "Boss Lady" Team Inspirer

The real thrust behind this 'supersonic' venture. She holds the reins of this outfit. Armed to the teeth with degrees & quals, she's got an arsenal of those. MSc (Stats), MA Ed (Eng), Certified Yoga Instructor, to-be-certified Stock Advisor & on her way to be a certified Dietician now, she's actually a teacher at heart. With three boys at home, two live-wire teenagers and a husband who acts like one, she's taken a sabbatical to manage her very own 'Boys' Hostel at home.

Arvind aka "Maddy" Team Captain

A seasoned veteran of the awesome Indian Air Force and a Senior Captain of multiple commercial airlines, he's a truly been there & done that. Landing at the world's highest airfield? Done. Flying the PM? Done. Teaching ab-initios ? Done. Piloting a fighter jet? Done. Crashing a plane? Done that too!! A past master at his craft, his penchant for flying just doesn't seem to ebb. Always looking for more and honest to the core, he excels in calling a spade a spade. Actively indulges in horse riding, swimming & reading. But his top favorite is 'Fathering'. Coined the term himself too. Ultimately dreams of running a creche for ages 2-7.

Amit aka "AK" Team Advisor

Birds of a feather....this gentleman has practically been in the same cockpit as Maddy in their entire IAF Spl Ops saga of seven years. Excelled in operating Combat Systems while in uniform, now, out of it, he's busy training IAF greenhorns in honing their skills in a simulator. Basically, same story too... you Can't stop him from flying! He will, one way or the other!! Perhaps his best skill is his natural eye for talent. Truly a trainer of trainers. Tries hard to keep a low profile. Supported by his better half and two lovely daughter's at home, he actually is a true 'Ladies' man!

Earning the moniker 'Power' in one of the most world's most formidable outfit , itself says it all and needs no further introduction. This 're-attired' IAF Wing Commander has not stopped his quest for it even in civil aviation. Sitting right at the the top of its food chain he is a DGGA Designated Examiner (DE). Loves to fly powerful compact jets. Juggles between golf and corporate aviation like nobody's business. At home, shares his lady's passion for painting. One of the coolest dads around, his trait seems to have rubbed off on his offspring too. The girl, 22, goes wild wringing the throttle of a 800 cc twin cylinder motorcycle. While the boy, barely 19, finds it tough to keep his basketball & his 4 wheeler on the ground. Both on their way to take to the skies. Both on the CPL path.

Catherine aka "Cathy" AI integrator & Instr.

Flashing her brand new CPL, this one is raring to take-off. Literally. Full of youthful enthusiasm and matchless energy, she's always ready to challenge any challenge!! Herself a gen Z , she's very eager to show the light to the Alphas. Adept at adapting and/ or adopting, she does either or both, effortlessly. Lately, she 's taken it on herself to 'intellify' her AI skills. Has taken to it like a fish to water. Absolute need of the hour too. Truly believes in ' Once a new technology rolls over you, if you are nota part of the steamroller, you are part of the road'. Amongst the entire lot of us, Shockwavers, this one is the ONE to watch out for!! A true embodiment of

"Anantha" Aka "Subby"

This unassuming Mallu is a multifaceted personality and a quintessential nerd cum techno-geek. Ok, so where to start? Dig this. Guy has designed a Cessna Sim for starters. Turns out in between the breaks he built his very own 'home made' drone too. Flights are limited till its certified. Weekends, he spends stripping down and reassembling motorcycles. With his faithful Daschund 'Brownie' in tow. Yeah, did we mention he reels too. With a 1M likes under his belt, guy's a real prize. R U listening ladies? Last we checked, status was single. Lest we forget to mention, he has a CPL too and has tutored quite a few wannabes on the way, Here's the clincher, !! on weekends, this sleeky dude can steal the show with his guitar too.

When it comes to High Altitude, this guy beats them all. Literally, since this boxer from a Sainik School doesn't know where to stop. Battle bullets, battle weather, battle terrain, never to leave a fallen comrade he was the go-to guy in the Siachen glacier. After saying adieu to the Air Force, this down-to-earth, gentle soul, has proved it again!! ThatIt was never about having any airs, but all about the Force within. Turns out, he still flies medical evacuation flights while parallelly scaling new heights by becoming a DGCA Designated Examiner (DE)

Banker, Angel Investor, Start Up mentor, Ultra Marathoner, Vertical Marathoner ( yes. you read it right), trekker...Ok, i guess you got the drift. Just the right guy to watch over and if need be, to rap us on our knuckles or so it would seem. First part, yes. Second? Well nigh impossible for this polite (almost to a fault), calm 'Ultra-gentleman'. But his polarity reverses when he gets in his other 'ultra' avatar. When he is not busy preventing young Turks from blowing up their pops' moolah, he is a ruthlessly efficient human machine, hard core self disciplinarian and a silent achiever. Ask the blokes half his age who saw him take the first position in 100K B'lore ultra. And the others who were left gaping when they saw him summiting the Everest Base camp. Need we say more?
